 NEWS FLASH!! Skye and two friends--Jason LaPorta and Harrison Willis--completed their first marathon on October 16th.  Thank you to all who donated in support of Kilometres for Communication.  It's not too late to donate $2 to $10 (or more if you wish) in support and to say that everyone deserves to communicate!!!

UPDATE!!!  While we have completed our journey across Canada, we have a long way to travel to ensure voice, accessibility and inclusion.  We'll be making changes to this website to let you know how you can become involved. Eventually we'll be putting more information about our journey on the Route and Timeline page. Please come back often to see the changes we've made to the website, and keep checking in with our Facebook page, blog and Twitter. 

We are inviting you to join the Kilometres for Communication team to ensure the voices and lives of those without speech are empowered, and to put equality in motion for all Canadians with disabilities. You can Start Your Own Event or focus solely on Raising Funds and Awareness.
